Batman Arkham Knight - Mad Hatter popup book - Arkham Knight
I had the great pleasure of creating Mad Hatter's popup book environment for Arkham Knight. This involved delving back into the Arkham series to try bring the essence of our games to each page.
The final page of Mad Hatter's book represents Gotham City under attack from the Arkham Knight and shows some of the main beats of the story. You can see the Arkham Knights forces shelling the GCPD as the the Stagg airships float overhead. Wayne Tower sits in the background while the Batmobile endlessly jumps a bridge. Every now and then Man-Bat will do a papery rendition of his jump scare in the game :)
-Modeling, texturing and animation of the environment and the collapsing page turn.
-Very grateful to have the help of the amazing Jody Sargent to create the environment outside the popup book while I was up to my eyes in paper! :)
