My theme for the art car entry was based on the node graph in Substance Designer - how any one node in the graph can be used to create an explosion of art and creativity. My aim was to portray the node graph in a number of ways. Firstly by showing the car transform from something understated and sleek to something loud, neon and colorful.
Textures directly from Substance Painter -no fancy shaders or detail mapping with the only exception being a fresnel falloff on the UV emissive paint. Realtime sequence created in Unreal Engine 4.
